Refund Policy
Any item that arrives defective is returnable with Prior Authorization. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange or replace the product or, if we consent, refund the purchase amount. Refunds will be given less the cost of shipping, we do not charge a handling fee. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility and must be shipped insurred mail. We do not cover uninsured items broken or lost in return transit. Customer service and customer happiness is our #1 priority. Our business is based upon repeat customers.
